Principal IC driving product UI architecture for Monetize (SSP) and Ad Server platforms. I define architectural patterns, lead complex migrations, and deliver end-to-end UI experiences that scale across multiple product teams.
Principal UI architect for the Unified Reporting experience—shipped cross-surface data exploration with performant virtualized tables, adaptive filters, and accessible keyboard navigation. Partnered with PM and Design to deliver Alpha→GA on schedule.
Defined and evangelized the front-end architecture strategy for Monetize, consolidating multiple legacy apps into a unified Nx monorepo. Established shared build tooling, typed API clients, and review standards that improved developer velocity by ~30%.
Led the migration from anx-react to Fluent UI React across Monetize surfaces. Authored migration playbook, component adapters, and lint rules to enforce design consistency while reducing bundle size and tech debt.
Designed and implemented the SMW API migration UI layer to decouple front-end data contracts from backend persistence. Reduced cross-team blockers and improved release confidence through typed query clients and integration tests.
Delivered the Cross-Device defaulting experience: a major UX and policy shift moving a paid opt-in feature to default-enabled. Partnered across product and compliance teams to land rollout strategy and instrumentation.
Established a lightweight ADR/spec process for UI projects to improve visibility and decision quality. Influenced adoption across multiple engineering teams, establishing a repeatable model for technical proposals.
Contributed to the Ads UI Kit (DataTableView, DatePicker, layout primitives) and codified Storybook usage patterns for accessible documentation and visual diffing.
Collaborated directly with product leadership to shape roadmap priorities for reporting, deal setup, and ad quality tooling. Regularly presented technical trade-offs and recommendations to senior engineering and PM leadership.
